The role

Based in London or the surrounding area, we have a position within our training department. This new and innovative role, following the recently announced housing reform, will deliver new mandatory qualifications for senior managers, combined with competency standards for all staff, transforming the culture of the social housing sector.

This role will deliver Level 4 and Level 5 qualifications to the apprenticeship and commercial sector.

 

The right fit

  • You’ll be a confident, capable communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • You’ll have the ability to design and deliver knowledge of the Housing sector to Level 5.
  • You’ll be proficient in strategic planning plus contextual and specialised knowledge for housing supervisors and managers.
  • You’ll possess demonstrable experience of working within the housing sector or related roles, along with experience of apprenticeships.
  • You will have a teaching or assessing qualification or experience.
  • You’ll possess the ability to build effective working relationships with employers and partner organisations.
