The role

We currently have a vacancy for a Multi Skilled Construction Development Coach to join our team. The Purpose of this role is to plan and deliver a range of knowledge and skills to learners to help them progress into a range of industries such as construction and built environment. This role is a classroom based role working in our skills centre teaching learners and working along side apprenticeship schemes.

In addition to this our coaches assist with supporting learners in their learning journey with vocational and employability skills. This role is perfect for someone with industry experience or teaching experience.

This role would suit an individual who is currently working in the construction sector that would like to step in to a teaching based role. 

 

The right fit

  • You will have the ability to deliver engaging and inspiring training and employment programmes to young people and adults.
  • It is a requirement of this position that you have experience within the Construction Sector and are able to follow a curriculum plan.
  • Have knowledge of apprenticeship programmes and schemes- Desirable
  • Teaching experience is preferable for this role
  • Enhanced DBS check required
  • Driving license desired
