The role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as a Data and Compliance Officer. You will have responsibility for processing and managing learner data in line with education, training and skills contracts and funding rules.

Working within the Compliance team, you will be responsible for ensuring all data relevant to learners attracting ESFA Funding (including Apprenticeship, AEB, Study Programme and specifically Skills Bootcamps) is centrally recorded, accurate and up to date at all times, assisting and enabling the curriculum areas to fully understand the data and report on it effectively to address and raise attendance, retention and achievement.           

 

The right fit

  • You’ll have previous experience of ESFA Funded programmes such as Apprenticeships, Adult Skills Budget, Study Programme and Skills Bootcamps.
  • You’ll have a high working level of English and Maths along with knowledge of Microsoft Office, Learner Management systems or equivalent management information systems.
  • You’ll possess the ability to deal with and follow complex information and procedures, using initiative and judgement in problem-solving.
  • You’ll have excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • You’ll have fantastic attention to detail, maintaining accuracy when processing data.
